Bondi Sands co-founder Blair James and wife Melanie are moving from their million-dollar heritage home in Kew as they list the Melbourne property for sale.
The beauty entrepreneur, 43, who welcomed her first child with her partner in October, listed the five-bedroom home for between $7million and $7.7million.
With big plans to move overseas, the couple have left Lalla-Rookh in the hands of Marshall White Realty, reported realestate.com.au on Wednesday.

They announced his arrival on Instagram, revealing they welcomed Holland on October 5 via C-section, with the newborn weighing just 3.2kg.
During the C-section, the couple played Coldplay’s Sky Full of Stars.
‘Introducing Mr. Holland Ray James,’ they wrote in their post. ‘Born 5/10/2023 at 14:19 and weighs 3.2 kg with a very full head of hair!’
The couple thanked medical staff along with friends and family for their ‘love, support and gifts’ following Holland’s arrival.
