Police body camera footage has been released from the moment WWE superstar Liv Morgan was arrested in December.
The 29-year-old wrestler was charged with possession of a synthetic cannabinoid and possession of marijuana (20 grams or less).
One charge was dropped less than a month later and Morgan paid a fine for the other before the case was closed in February of this year.
Morgan, whose real name is Gionna Daddio, was pulled over in Florida after an officer noticed she was driving slowly (she claimed she was 20 mph under the speed limit) and swerved while crossing the road.
Images published by Law & Crime shows the officer saying he could smell marijuana as he approached his vehicle. Morgan claims his driving was because he tried to follow his GPS in an area he didn’t know.

Morgan was stopped in Florida after an officer noticed her driving slowly and swerving.
Officers found a small bag of marijuana and a vaporizer with an “oil-like substance” in his vehicle.
Morgan denies having been smoking marijuana, but admits there is some in his vehicle. Officers also find a vaporizer containing “an oil-like substance,” but Morgan denies it is his.
After being transferred to a police vehicle, the officers begin searching Morgan’s car and discover that she is a professional wrestler.
In a notebook they found, Morgan wrote what appears to be a series of goals for his career.
They include “the transition to Hollywood, the WWE Hall of Fame, the multiple-time WWE Champion and the purchase of many houses.”
An officer says, ‘Oh, then she can do some wrestling work.’ Although the name is not familiar to me.
‘Holy shit, I know who she is. Liv Morgan.’
“That’s crazy,” the other officer says.

Morgan was booked on drug charges and released on bail later in the evening.
At just 29 years old, Morgan has held multiple titles throughout his WWE career.
When the officer hands Morgan’s phone back, she calls her boyfriend Bo Dallas, whose real name is Taylor Rotunda, and asks him to go get her car and work on paying her bail.
Morgan was released on $3,000 bail later that night.
The New Jersey native originally began her WWE journey with the company’s developmental brand, NXT, in 2014 before making her main roster debut as a member of the ‘Riot Squad’ in 2017.
Morgan has since won the women’s Money in the Bank match in 2022 before cashing in and defeating Ronda Rousey for the SmackDown Women’s Championship later that same night.
She has also held the WWE women’s tag team titles with her then partner Raquel Rodríguez.
Morgan was sidelined with a shoulder injury for most of last year, but returned at Royal Rumble 2024.
