A body was found after an extensive search for a woman who went missing for almost three weeks.
Authorities found the body Monday in a dry stream bed in Slacks Creek, south of Brisbane, looking for 44-year-old Simone Rothe.
Rothe was last seen on July 11 with a shopping bag at a house in Brisbane on Westmoreland Boulevard.

Friends and family had not heard from her since her disappearance.
"Indications at this point are that it's probably the missing person, but we won't know until a post-mortem is performed," said Logan District Detective Inspector Tod Reid.
A crime scene has been set up near where the body was found and investigations are ongoing.
Inspector Reid said at this stage that it is not clear how the woman died.
