In an interview with Fox news on Wednesday, 63-year-old Saget – who first started working with Loughlin on the successful sitcom in 1988 – stated: "For a while," No comment "and now it makes no sense … I love it the people I love, and I have empathy for people who have been in my life for 35 years. I don't exclude people. & # 39;

He added: & # 39; I've never had friends grow up, so I'm lucky I have (now) & # 39 ;.

The actor spent eight and seven works with Loughlin, 55, on Full House, before the show was packed in 1995.

The couple met again in 2015, with Netflix restarting the hit sitcom under the new title, Fuller House.

The fifth and final season of that series is about to start production, but it is assumed that Loughlin will not return to the show. The actress was fired from her other TV series, Hallmark's When Calls The Heart, after she was first accused in March of the university admission scandal.

Prosecutors claim that Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli, 56, have paid $ 500,000 bribe for their daughters, Olivia Jade, 20, and Isabella Giannulli, 21, to be accepted at the University of Southern California.

It is claimed that they even had their daughters pose for photos on rowing machines, which they sent to the university along with fake athletic profiles.

In March, the couple were struck with two indictments: conspiracy of money laundering, conspiracy to commit mail and electronic fraud, as well as fair service mail and electronic fraud.

On October 22, federal prosecutors announced an additional charge for conspiracy to commit bribery of federal programs.

The couple has not pleaded guilty and is behind bars for 40 years if it is found guilty. Loughlin is the next one to appear in court on January 17.

Meanwhile, People magazine reported Wednesday that the actress & # 39; is about to break & # 39; in light of the extra costs.

A source close to Loughlin told the publication that & # 39; the whole family is now in chaos & # 39 ;.

& # 39; They knew this (the extra cost) was a possibility, but they thought it might just be a public prosecutor, & # 39; explained the source.

& # 39; Now that the accusations are official, they realize that there is no way to prevent a reasonably long prison sentence unless they are found guilty in a trial.

& # 39; They feel that this is David versus Goliath. How do you go about the federal government when the government has decided to make an example of you? How can you possibly go further in this? & # 39; She will break this stress. & # 39;

Olivia and Isabella are no longer registered in USC.

Meanwhile, Saget is not the only Full House star to defend Loughlin in the light of the scandal.

In August, John Stamos – who played Loughlin's love interest on the sitcom – spoke in support of the actress.

"Whatever happened, I'm pretty sure the punishment is not the same as the crime, if there was a crime," Stamos told GQ.

Meanwhile, co-star Candace Cameron Bure told reporters in March: “Where there is a lot of heart, there is a lot of love.

& # 39; A loving family stays together no matter what happens. They stay together in difficult times, they support each other, they encourage each other, they pray for each other, and they stand by their side, no matter how difficult it becomes & # 39 ;.

15 parents were initially accused in the university admission scandal in March, including the star of Desperate Housewives, Felicity Huffman.

Unlike Loughlin, Huffman pleaded guilty in the scandal and accepted a plea.

She served 11 days in prison after being found guilty of paying admission consultant Rick Singer $ 15,000 to fake the answers for her now 19-year-old daughter, Sophia.

She must now complete 250 hours of community service.
