Drivers at a busy intersection got an unexpected surprise on Sunday afternoon in the form of a boat that was casually laid over the highway.

With the elevated highway above the head, it seemed as if the Stejcraft ship had unbelievably survived a fall from a height of five stories.

But the orange boat was not as indestructible as the photo suggests and had simply fallen from the rear of a trailer that was driving west Adelaide under the viaduct.

The mistake of the unfortunate trailer driver was picked up by a passing car driver, who was called the Police Police.

The police in South Australia said the owner had not realized that the ship had slipped its berths & # 39 ;.

He returned to pick up his stranded vessel after being contacted by the police, a spokesman said.

The owner has been fined for an unsecured load.

The incident comes after similar incidents in Adelaide – where the police had to deal with a ladder blocking a highway and a wardrobe hanging on the back of a car.
