Lively, who played Lily Bloom opposite Baldoni’s Ryle Kincaid in the romantic drama, said Baldoni raised his complaints with his coach in a series of text messages to the film’s production workers.
Lively, in her complaint to the California Department of Civil Rights, did not specifically name the fitness professional, according to the outlet.

In the filing, the Gossip Girl alum accused Baldoni of sexually harassing her in multiple ways, including body-shaming her, during the film’s production.
Baldoni claimed the personal trainer told Lively he wanted her to lose weight for the film ‘less than four months after (she) had given birth to her fourth child,’ her son Olin, Lively said in her legal filing. .
Lively said in the filing that she was “humiliated” to learn that Baldoni – “without her knowledge or permission” – set up a meeting with the trainer and “insinuated that he wanted her to lose weight in two weeks.”
As for the reference to back pain, Lively said Baldoni “told the trainer he had asked because he was worried about having to ‘lift her up’ in a scene in the movie, but there was no such scene” written.
Lively said in the complaint that Baldoni had been deceptive on multiple fronts regarding issues related to her physical appearance, saying that she ‘routinely’ felt embarrassed about her figure.
