Sharing a series of photos of Blake over the years, she wrote: “A little birdie told me that Blake Lively’s beautiful rhinoplasty was performed by Dr. Thomas Romo in NYC (who graduated from Baylor Medical in Houston).”
“Obviously, this post is not a full analysis of what I think has been done to achieve that incredible, natural glow. I’ve talked about Blake’s nose job and blepharoplasty before, but I’ve never done a full analysis.”
“Anyway, I just wanted to share with you who the (alleged) plastic surgeon responsible for this beautiful rhinoplasty is,” she added.
Lively has never publicly confirmed or denied having had rhinoplasty.
Blake also hasn’t shared whether she’s a fan of non-surgical cosmetic treatments, such as fillers or injections like Botox.
Although she goes all out on the red carpet, the star previously told Vogue that she keeps her makeup look casual for her everyday life.
“On a day-to-day basis, I usually just use sunscreen, tinted moisturizer and nothing else. No makeup,” she shared.
