At the film’s screening in the U.K. on Aug. 8, the Gossip Girl alum, 36, declined to wear the piece of jewelry because it didn’t match her outfit.
TO TikTok shared via AlloCiné showed the brief encounter between Lively and the fan.
“Oh my gosh, thank you so much,” Blake said seemingly grateful as she took the gift before adding, “I’m going to put it away because it doesn’t match my outfit, but I’ll wear it later.”
The mother of four also told the fan that the gesture was “very sweet.”

Lively, who is married to Ryan Reynolds, wore a glamorous, strapless silver gown covered in multi-colored floral embellishments.
The star, who is famous for not working with stylists, added a coral pink feather boa and placed it around her arms.
Her co-star Isabela Ferrer, who plays the younger version of her character Lily Bloom, also received a bracelet from the fan.
In stark contrast to Blake’s response, Ferrer immediately slipped the piece around her wrist.
“Thank you! Oh my God, I’m going to wear it. Thank you so much!” the young actress said upon receiving the bracelet.
Lively is currently rumored to be involved in a feud with her It Ends With Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni.
She has also been criticized online for some press interviews, including an “awkward” interview that resurfaced in 2016 that made the journalist “want to quit” her job.
The romantic drama, based on Colleen Hoover’s novel of the same name, follows Lily as she becomes embroiled in an abusive relationship with Ryle Kincaid (Baldoni).

Lively is currently in an alleged feud with her co-star and It Ends With Us director Justin Baldoni.
The film is already a box office hit after its release on August 9.
However, the film has been plagued by rumors of tensions on set, a feud between Lively and Baldoni and an awkward press tour.
Lively and Baldoni avoided each other at the film’s premiere in New York City, and several reports have emerged painting both stars in a negative light.
Bethenny Frankel even chimed in on the discourse, explaining that Blake’s simultaneous promotion of the film, in addition to her hair care and cocktail businesses, has left fans upset.
“What’s happening is that this is a very sensitive subject matter, the basis of this movie, and to promote a cocktail brand and a hair care product and to talk so light-heartedly about a subject that for most people, but particularly women, is not a light-hearted subject… you’re all a very knowledgeable audience and this is not sitting well with you. That’s what I think is happening,” the former Real Housewives of New York City star surmised.
