A black 12-year-old broke into tears as she described how three white male classmates would pin her down and cut her dreadlocks off at the playground at a private Christian school in Virginia.
The humiliating ordeal took place last Monday while Amari Allen was on a break at the $ 12,000 annually Immanuel Christian School in Fairfax, where Karen, wife of Vice President Mike Pence, teaches part-time.
The sixth grade said she was about to go down a slide when the three bullies lured her into ambush.
& # 39; One of them put my hands behind my back. One of them covered my mouth. They kept smiling and calling me names, & Amari told WUSA9 while the tears streamed down her face.
& # 39; They called me ugly and said I shouldn't have been born. They called me a focus seeker. & # 39;

Amari shed tears when she told the humiliating incident during an interview with her grandparents, Cynthia and Dewuane Allen
& # 39; They called me ugly and said I shouldn't have been born. They called me an attention seeker, & Amari said about the sixth grade boys who allegedly attacked her
Amari said the boys were waving scissors, & # 39; taking large pieces of my hair and just cutting & # 39 ;.
The bullies have chopped off various Amari locs before they run away laughing, she said.
Fearing what the boys would do when she was fighting, the pre-teen didn't tell anyone what had happened until two days later when her grandmother, Cynthia Allen, noticed her hair was uneven.
Amari said she has been bullied for weeks by the same unidentified sixth graders.
Describing bullying against WUSA9, Amari said: & # 39; Sometimes I think I don't deserve to be at a Christian school and that I'm ugly. & # 39;
Allen wondered where the teachers were during the plague incidents and demanded consequences for the boys who allegedly terrorized her granddaughter.
& # 39; It's very painful, & # 39; Allen said to WUSA9. & # 39; I want them expelled from school. I want to see something happen. & # 39;

Immanuel Christian School officials told DailyMail.com that they were in contact with the family and asked the police to conduct a thorough investigation.
& # 39; We take the emotional and physical well-being of all our students seriously and have a zero tolerance policy for any form of bullying or abuse & # 39 ;, said Stephen Danish school principal in a statement.
& # 39; We are deeply troubled by the allegations made and communicate with the alleged victim's family to collect information and provide all possible support.
& # 39; We have also contacted law enforcement agencies to ask them to conduct a thorough investigation, and further investigation should be directed to the Fairfax County Police. & # 39;
A Fairfax County Police spokeswoman confirmed that an investigation was underway, but refused to provide DailyMail.com with additional information because the victim is a minor.
