This is the rare moment a pensioner on a scooter drags a metal fence across a busy street.
A man was seen in Grimsby driving down the road on four small wheels on Sunday morning.
However, the four wheels did not belong to a car or van, as most drivers would expect, but he was traveling on an electric scooter dragging an unusual load behind him.
Video footage shows the man driving down the middle of a road on his scooter with a large metal fence tied to the headrest with a rope.

A man was seen in Grimsby driving down the road on four small wheels on Sunday morning.
However, the four wheels did not belong to a car or van, as most drivers would expect, but he was traveling on an electric scooter dragging an unusual load behind him.
The video shows the man driving down the middle of a road on his scooter with a large metal fence tied to the headrest with a rope.
The man proceeds to tow the fence down the road, while other vehicles continue passing, while it drags behind him.
You can see his brake lights as he then stops at the traffic lights as they begin to turn red.
The clip was captured by Dean Goodall, 40, who was in a car in the lane next to the driver of the scooter.
He said: ‘I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. My friend was driving and I saw an old man dragging a metal fence behind him.
They were the palisades that you see at music concerts or fairs. God knows what he planned to do with it.
‘I’ve just moved to Grimsby and I’ve never seen anyone carry a fence like this before. Apparently, the driver is quite well known in the city.

The dad-of-one uploaded the video to Facebook with the caption: “And they say Grimsby is boring.”
Within 24 hours, the 10-second clip racked up thousands of views and was shared around the world.
One social media user joked: “Must be a traffic violation!”
Meanwhile, another said: “He looks like an intruder to me.”
Someone else said: “He’s literally offended.”
Another person said, “Look, they can get around on their scooters.”
