Biohacker Bryan Johnson has once again shared his joint diet and exercise regimen with his son.
The plan, which aims to slow aging, calls for Bryan and Talmage, 18, to wake up at 5 a.m. every day and go to bed at 8:30 p.m.
It also involves eating your last meal of the day at noon and following a 2,000-calorie vegan diet that includes broccoli, cauliflower and walnuts, but excluding popular junk foods like pizza and hamburgers.
The plan has divided opinion online, with many saying it is too strict for a teenager.
It’s not the first time Bryan, 47, and Talmage have come under fire for working together on a wellness plan.
Johnson previously revealed that he injected his son’s blood in a bizarre attempt to age himself.
Other strategies Bryan has used to shave years off his life include tracking his nighttime erections, which he believes is a biological age marker of sexual function.

Some online supported her son also following the plan, but others said he should spend more time with friends.
Revealing the plan online under the title “building a family culture of health and hard work,” Bryan wrote:
‘My son Talmage and I: last meal of the day at noon; In bed at 8:30 p.m., up at 5 a.m.; Sleep at 100%, two hours deep, two hours REM, stay awake for less than 30 minutes; BluePrint Stack / meal, 60 minute workout… focused work.’
Below, he shared a video of himself doing pull-ups and his son doing chest dips.
Responding to the routine online, one person said: ‘It’s great that he (your child) wants to emulate you, but does a child his age go to bed at 8:30? That’s not right.
‘Some of these young children need to be given more freedom. He should go out with his friends and be silly.
Another said: “The boy’s daily schedule looks like a prison routine, but with more blood tests.”
However, others were more sympathetic, including one who wrote, “instilling these values in your child so early will create a winner,” and another who said, “this level of discipline is inspiring.”
Another said: ‘Talmage is the one to fear. His rate of aging is probably that of a child in the womb.
Johnson is known for his extravagant anti-aging treatments and for spending $2 million a year on his health alone, and for his army of a hundred supplements that he takes every day.
Bryan Johnson is famous for spending $2 million a year to age
He has invested in his own state-of-the-art gym, red light masks and many other therapies, as well as covering trials for potential new therapies out of pocket.
And evidence suggests that he has now reduced his biological age by five years and significantly slowed the rate of aging of his cells.
Talmage moved in with his father during his last year before college, where he also decided to work with him on the plan.
He is expected to go to college in Chicago next year, where he hopes to continue the routine while making new friends and maybe meeting a girlfriend.
In 2019, Bryan ate his last meal at 4 pm and went to bed at 9 pm. At the time, he said, ‘It never occurred to me that becoming the most boring person could feel so GOOD!’
But after trial and error, he decided to go to bed at 8.30 pm and have his last meal at noon.
Johnson revealed the routine today, just after his new series hit Netflix titled: ‘Don’t Die: The Man Who Wants To Live Forever.’
