One of Australia’s richest people and his glamorous lawyer girlfriend will celebrate the arrival of their new baby at a beachfront mansion despite an ongoing court battle with a beauty businessman.
Richard White, 69, worth an estimated $9.7 billion, will welcome the newcomer with former criminal defense lawyer Zena Nasser, 43, to his sprawling Palm Beach mansion on Sydney’s northern beaches on Saturday.
White is the CEO and founder of WiseTech Global, a leading software company specializing in logistics solutions.
He welcomed a baby with Mrs Nasser via surrogate in July.
The billionaire heir is Nasser’s second child, who has a teenage daughter, and White has adult children from a previous marriage.
A who’s who of Sydney’s social set will attend the party amid rumors the event will double as a wedding after the couple quietly tied the knot in recent weeks.
The guest list includes Anthony Bell’s future wife Eleni Taylor, Kate Champion, ex-wife of Laser Clinics Australia founder Alistair Champion, Litsa Stavropoulos, Real Housewives of Sydney cast member Victoria Montano and Sentosa founder Designs, Amanda Lennon, the Daily Telegraph information.
The happy occasion comes despite an ongoing legal saga unfolding in a Sydney court with Mr White’s former lover, beauty entrepreneur Linda Rogan.

The happy occasion comes despite an ongoing legal saga unfolding in a Sydney court with White’s former lover, beauty entrepreneur Linda Rogan (pictured).
Rogan, 55, owns a laser clinic in Double Bay, Sydney’s eastern suburbs, and in Cairns and New Zealand.
The dispute led to bankruptcy proceedings against Rogan, and White’s lawyers requested that key documents in the matter be suppressed.
The bankruptcy proceedings come after a lengthy local court case between the two over more than $90,000 worth of luxury furniture purchased for a $13.1 million mansion in the Vaucluse port area.
Rogan alleged that White secretly purchased the mansion for her and her three children at an auction in September 2022 and then ordered her to purchase furniture for the home.
Sources close to Rogan said White’s girlfriend was “furious” after discovering that her relationship with the laser clinic owner was sexually charged.
According to Rogan, he was told to return the keys to the house in November. It sold in February of last year for $11.5 million.
White has denied Rogan’s allegations about their relationship, the house and that he ordered her to buy furniture.
“I intend to defend the lawsuit as I never reached an agreement with the plaintiff (Ms. Rogan) over the furniture… and never directed her to purchase the furniture or engage the design services,” Mr. White said , according to court documents.
