She may be a billionaire heiress, but Francesca Packer followed in Kate Middleton’s footsteps and recycled one of her glamorous gowns for a high-profile event on Wednesday night.

The 27-year-old wore a low-cut sparkly dark blue dress to the star-studded Gold Dinner in Sydney, after wearing the same dress two years ago when she celebrated her 25th birthday.

The figure-hugging gown features a plunging V-neckline and slit, and this time she paired it with fishnet stockings and black heels.

She also accessorized with a striking Bulgari sapphire necklace from her high jewelry collection.

According to Bulgari, “The wonderful Sapphire Lace necklace is the result of the craftsman’s skill in perfectly balancing the volume and exceptional weight of the central sapphire with the sinuous texture of the diamond.”

She completed her glam look with jeweled rings and earrings and a clutch bag, and her long brown hair was slicked back and straight.

Francesca made a rare public appearance at the event with her grandmother Roslyn Packer and the two women happily posing side by side.

The heiress first wore the dress when she hosted an extravagant dinner for her birthday at French Bistro Guillaume in Sydney in 2020.

On that occasion, her hair was styled in a high ponytail, accessorized with diamond necklaces, dangling earrings, a collection of jeweled rings and strappy black heels.

Francesca split from her personal trainer boyfriend, Adam Cooper, in August of last year.

The billionaire socialite, who lives in a $16m Darlinghurst penthouse, had confirmed the pair were dating in December 2020, telling the Daily Telegraph: ‘Adam is a great guy. We’ve been dating for a while.

However, they broke things off just seven months later.

“It was cool for a while, but they had very different lifestyles. In the end, it just didn’t work out,” a source told Daily Mail Australia in August 2021.

The heiress’s previous boyfriends include Van Hoorn guitarist Joshua Mullane and Melbourne property developer Kelli Holland.

She also reportedly dated Sam Zacharia, the personal trainer son of famed plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Zacharia, in 2020.

Francesca is the granddaughter of the late Kerry Packer and the daughter of Gretel Packer and her ex-husband Nick Barham.

His uncle is casino magnate James Packer.
