Billionaire heiress Francesca Packer is reportedly still dating boyfriend Robert Bates, despite recent split rumors.
According to the The Daily Telegraphthe couple lives together.
The 28-year-old is said to have swept health entrepreneur Bates, 43, away from her luxury Darlinghurst apartment on the horizon, after he failed to pay the rent on her Bondi Beach penthouse over Christmas.
After her romance with the wellness brand’s CEO first came to light in December, Packer quickly moved him in with her before taking him on a weeks-long holiday in London.
The Daily Telegraph reported last week that Packer called it quits with Bates in February, around the same time reports surfaced claiming he was being pursued by wealthy investors for $15 million.

Reportedly, the charming Packer “fell head over heels” for the divorced father, and even “confessed to friends her desire to start a family” with him.
Bates is CEO of wellness brands Aurum+ and Aquamamma and founder of 7 Trinity Biotech.
Aurum+ claims to be a “clinically proven solution that treats and prevents mental health conditions such as stress, anxiety, and depression,” while Aquamamma is a “healthy hydration solution” for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Bates’ business acumen has been celebrated in the pages of the Australian Financial Review’s annual list of successful young entrepreneurs – but he has recently come under fire from his investors and clients.
According to the AFRBates is stalked by a series of “high net worth” investors who want their money back, his business websites have mysteriously disappeared, and customers are in an uproar on his social media pages.
Bates — who dressed as a cowboy to a Barbie-themed early birthday party last year — has reportedly received a total of about $15 million from at least 15 different Australian investors for Aurum+ since 2016.

The Australian Financial Review reports that the shares in his companies are either registered to Bates himself, or to other companies he controls, rather than those sinking their money into his enterprises.
These investors are now asking for refunds ranging from $50,000 to $2 million.
Bates is known to have paid off three investors, but at least 15 of them are spread across Melbourne, Sydney, Byron Bay and Singapore, furiously hounding the businessman and demanding to know where the money has gone.
Meanwhile, Aurum+’s Facebook page has been filled with feedback from customers demanding to know where their orders are, and demanding refunds.

Some claim the company ignored them when they asked about their orders, and one even asked if they were closed.
I placed an order in October and have not received it. My emails are not being answered either.
This is the second time this has happened. I would like my money back! one person wrote in December.
I started Aurum plus when it first came out. I have been charged for 2 orders, one in November 2022 and one in December 2022, neither of which have been received. I’ve tried contacting the company multiple times via messages and got zero response. Don’t they have business????’ said another.
I ordered back in October, never received my packages and tried contacting them several times but still no response. Did this happen to someone else?’ Read another comment.

I’ve had nothing but problems with this company dating back to April of this year and I still haven’t resolved them. They take my money and I never get the product. The customer service is terrible and they never respond to my many emails. So frustrating!!!!’ commented one woman.
Adding to the confusion, the website linked to Aurum+ no longer works and says it is “currently unavailable” when accessed. The same thing happens when you try to visit Aquamamma’s website address.
Daily Mail Australia reached out to Bates for comment at the time, but he did not respond to written questions.
Bates came in at number thirty-six on the 2020 Young Rich List, which he shared with his ex-partner Emma Gibson. Their combined value was $145 million.
He then moved in with Packer and was seen dressed as a cowboy to her Barbie-themed birthday party in November last year at Potts Point in Sydney.
Just a month later, the couple were seen sharing a kiss and cuddling on the deck of a luxury yacht while cruising around the harbor with friends.
