The 16-year-old daughter of a billionaire technology CEO has disappeared and is believed to be in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood.

Mint Butterfield, daughter of wealthy businessman Stewart Butterfield, was last seen Sunday night around 10 pm in Bolinas, California, and was reported missing by her mother the next morning.

The teen has a history of substance abuse and is known to frequent the notoriously dangerous San Francisco neighborhood ‘The Tenderloin,’ according to The San Francisco Standard.

The Marin County Sheriff’s Office posted a “missing” flyer with Mint’s photo on the social media platform Nextdoor on Tuesday.

Supervisor Matt Dorsey shared the flier about X and said Butterfield was now believed to be hanging around the Tenderloin.

Mint was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, flannel pajama pants, and black boots. She is described as having curly brown/reddish hair and pierced eyebrows.

At the time of her disappearance, Mint was living with her mother and attending a private boarding school in the Napa area, according to the sheriff’s office.
