Francesca Packer has finally offloaded her incredible Sydney apartment after first putting it up for sale almost a year ago.
The 29-year-old billionaire heiress is said to have pocketed $30 million on the sale after purchasing the five-bedroom property in 2019 for $16.75 million.
Located in Darlinghurst, 2km from the CBD, the penthouse covers an entire floor of the prestigious Horizon building and offers spectacular views of the city skyline.
Francesca first listed the luxury apartment for sale in November 2023 for a whopping $32 million.
But after languishing on the market for seven months, the beautifully decorated apartment was put back on the market in June for $30 million.
The agent involved in the sale did not confirm the purchase, reported the Wentworth Courier on Thursday.
However, real estate experts told the publication that Francesca’s apartment was recently auctioned off by a local buyer for a price “close” to the asking price.
According to the report, the cashed-in heiress sold the house because she wanted to spend more time at her alternative London base.

Meanwhile, Daily Mail Australia understands Francesca’s boyfriend Robert Bates, 44, has been occupying the flat while the heiress was on holiday abroad.
Designed by renowned Australian-Austrian architect Harry Seidler, the apartment features five bathrooms, Côte d’Azur marble and a balcony offering a 360-degree view of Sydney’s famous harbour.
Located on the 40th floor of this luxury apartment block, the penthouse features a private lobby, Brazilian marble, French oak herringbone parquet, custom lighting, and brass and leather accents.

The billionaire heiress, daughter of investor Gretel Packer and financier Nick Barham, was reportedly seen arriving at a port in Corfu, Greece, in July.
On their romantic summer trip through Europe, Francesca and Robert sailed to the Greek island from the Italian port of Naples, according to the Daily Telegraph.
The couple are said to be traveling on Francesca’s mother Gretel’s superyacht, the Arctic P, valued at a staggering $119 million.

This extravagant 87m German-built vessel was launched in 1969 and is available for charter for up to 12 guests and 25 crew members.
The former expedition yacht was purchased by the Packer family in 1995 and has since undergone numerous refits.
Francesca and Robert began dating in 2022 and confirmed their romance in December of that year after they were spotted kissing on the deck of a luxury yacht in Sydney Harbour.

Francesca is the daughter of Australian investor Gretel Packer and granddaughter of the late media mogul Kerry Packer.
His uncle is Australian billionaire James Packer, former owner and chairman of the prominent Crown Resorts.
