Billie Shepherd revealed her daughter Margot suffered a “scary” medical incident at home on Tuesday morning.

The former TOWIE star, 34, shares three children with her husband Greg: Nelly, 10, Arthur, seven, and Margot, 21 months.

Billie took to Instagram to share that Margot had a febrile seizure, a seizure that can sometimes occur when a child has a fever.

The mother of three shared a photo of the little girl recovering in bed with her sister Nelly and assured her followers that her daughter is already home and recovering.

Billie wrote: “Yesterday morning our dear Margot had another febrile seizure.”

“Again it was due to a rise in her temperature, it’s never easier to deal with your little baby going through that scary, horrible (heartbreak emoji).”

In May last year, Billie recalled the terrifying moment she screamed to “call an ambulance” as her daughter Margot was rushed to hospital after another seizure.

Billie then shared in a VT: “We were having lunch at Greg’s sister’s house and Margot wasn’t 100% that day, her cheeks were flushed.”

“He could have been teething, it was nothing out of the ordinary.” The children were eating something, I turned around and Margot had gone completely rigid.’

‘I immediately grabbed her from the high chair, the only thing I remember is that I screamed: “Someone help me” and then she stopped breathing. I shouted, “Someone call an ambulance!”‘

Billie continued: ‘For me, my head…’ She then burst into tears, before being comforted by her husband Greg.

He then continued: ‘When we got to the hospital, they said he had had a febrile seizure, where basically his temper had flared up very quickly and his body tried to regulate its temperature. As a result, some babies and young children have seizures.’

“Once we were at the hospital, I definitely felt like I was in the right place, where I needed to be, it just made me feel a little calmer.”

“After six hours in the ER, the doctors sent us home and asked us to keep an eye on Margot.”
