Billie Eilish Wishes Close Friend Justin Bieber a Happy 30th Birthday as She Shares Throwback Photo of the Couple: ‘Birthday Boy’

Billie Eilish paid tribute to her close friend Justin Bieber on his 30th birthday by sharing a photo on her Instagram Story.

In the shot, the 22-year-old singer affectionately placed her head on the Sorry singer’s shoulder as they stepped outside together with friends.

The Grammy Award-winning singer, who once broke up with her boyfriend after dreaming about Christian Bale, referred to Bieber as the “birthday boy” in the caption of her post.

Eilish has been a fan of Bieber’s music since her early years, with the latter lending his voice to a remixed version of her 2019 track Bad Guy.

Although the original version of the track received critical praise, Bad Guy’s remixed version received mixed reviews.

The artist shared her photo with Bieber just a week after revealing that her upcoming third studio album had been mastered by sharing a post on her Instagram account.

Eilish included three selfies and a mirror photo in her post, all of which showed her wearing a balaclava covered in white stars.

The singer’s brother and frequent collaborator, Finneas O’Connell, revealed that her third album was officially in production during a 2021 interview with Rolling Stone.

The 26-year-old producer told the outlet that he, like his sister, were exploring various musical ideas at the time.

‘We have the net in the ocean and we are collecting debris. And then you sift through all of that, pick out the treasure, and then you have an album,” she said.

The performer then stated that although many of Eilish’s songs had not yet been developed, there were still “interesting skeletons” to work on.

O’Connell also expressed that he was “really excited” about the project and noted that he, like his sister, had “a lot to say” with his new songs.

Eilish teased the release of new music during an interview with Outdoor dining which was released in December of last year.

The Academy Award-winning performer commented that, at the time, her project was “in the final stages” of production.

She stated that, although the record was not close to being released, it was “getting there.”

What was I made for? The singer also expressed that the prospect of sharing new music with her fans was “very exciting.”

The release date for Eilish’s upcoming third album has yet to be announced.
