Billie Eilish shocked her fans on Wednesday by sharing a glimpse of her massive new back tattoo on Instagram.
The 21-year-old – who recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! – casually posted the image as part of a roundup, but it quickly outraged some of her 110 million followers.
In the striking photo, the Grammy-winning superstar lay on her stomach, with her bare back on full display.
The new ink extends from the nape of her neck to beyond the nape of her back.

Others wondered curiously, “Why is it so messy?” and ‘Is it the last tattoo?’

Another had the same idea, writing, “Looks like I’m testing the back of my notebook to see if my pen works or not.”
The markings along her spine were smeared in the photo, showing that the tattoo was fresh at the time the photo was taken.
However, it’s unclear if Billie showed fans an old photo or if the tattoo session is recent.

The super-sized decal is an addition to Billie’s existing collection of tattoos.
She also has one on her chest with her last name, one of a dragon on her thigh and a bunch of fairies on her hand.
In the caption of the post, the Wish You Were Gay singer didn’t use any words, but simply added a scissors emoji.
Other random photos in the slideshow showed the star wearing a black baseball cap with the provocative phrase: “Girls c*m first.”
And she included a screenshot of Drake lyrics from a song from his new album For All The Dogs in which he mentions her name.
The encouraged line was, “She had big tits like Billie Eilish, but she couldn’t sing.”
A healthier photo showed a black dog snuggling up to Eilish as she rested in a white tank top.

Last month, while chatting with beauty magazine To temptthe hitmaker admitted she still struggles with fame.
‘I’m getting better and better, but to be honest I’m not doing very well. For a while. I have feelings of impending doom most of the day,” said the star who rose to fame as a teenager.
She explained, “If I think about it too much, that I can never have privacy again, that’s enough to make you do all kinds of crazy things. But you have to let it go.’
The self-confident entertainer stated, “I have a really big problem with control, so I’ve been trying to teach myself that there are things you can’t control and you have to move on. I have often settled for things, people and life. I settled for less than I deserved, and I’m not going to do that again.”
