Billie Eilish left three of her biggest fans in tears after surprising them with a surprise video call.
Laura, Bower and Grace were invited to BBC Radio One will hear Billie’s new album before anyone else with presenter Jack Saunders.
The singer officially released her third studio album Hit Me Hard and Soft on Friday morning at 12:01 a.m. ET across digital, CD, vinyl, and cassette formats without any previous singles.
Excited to hear the 10 new songs for the first time, the girls were overcome with excitement as they sat down in the studio and began listening to the record.
However, the friends were left speechless when they received an unexpected FaceTime call from none other than Billie herself.

The girls were full of excitement as they sat down in the studio with Jack Saunders to listen to Billie’s new album for the first time. However, they were left speechless when they received an unexpected FaceTime call from none other than Billie herself.
When the Grammy Award winner’s face appeared on the screen, the trio burst into hysterical tears as they struggled to compose themselves.
Grace managed to compose herself, still in shock, and exclaimed, ‘Actually, I don’t have anything to say right now.
“I can’t explain how much I love everything you do,” realizing he had cursed on the radio and then adding, “Wow, that’s wonderful.” I’m sorry, I have no words, what the hell?
Through tears, Laura screamed, “You saved my life,” while Grace nodded, “Yes, you saved mine too.”
When asked what her favorite song from the new album is, Grace said: ‘CHIHIRO. It’s the best thing I’ve ever heard.’
As Billie modestly asked: ‘Do you think so?’ And she added: “I feel like I’m floating when I listen to that song.”
Struggling to contain his excitement, Jack asked, “Bower, can you find the words to tell Billie your favorite song?”
Through tears she exclaimed, “I love LUNCH, thank you,” Billie laughed and said, “No, I love them, I love them so much.”

Saying goodbye to the star, the girls continued to cry as they gushed: ‘I love you, I don’t know what to say.’
Billie then added: “Have an amazing day and I’ll see you very, very soon.”
Bower then pleaded, “Please get us tickets,” as Billie promised, “Of course I will, yes I will.”
