Bill Burr received furious backlash for telling female politicians to “fuck off” to win the election and for calling Donald Trump a “bigot” in a wild rant on Saturday Night Live.
The 56-year-old comedian hosted the first episode of the show since Trump defeated Kamala Harris in the US presidential election on Tuesday.
In his wild opening monologue, Burr joked that women are “0 and 2 against this guy,” referring to the fact that Trump previously beat Hillary Clinton in 2016.
She offered her tongue-in-cheek suggestions to women seeking public office, telling them to stop wearing pantsuits and wear sexier outfits to seduce voters.
“You all know how to get a free drink,” she said, adding that “I know a lot of ugly women, I mean feminists, don’t want to hear this message.”

‘Alright ladies, you’re 0 and 2 against this guy. O and 2! Alright? But you learn more from losses than from victories,” Burr began.
‘So let’s get into the game tape, shall we? Ladies, enough with the pantsuit. Well? It’s not working. Stop trying to respect yourselves,’ he joked.
‘You don’t win office like it’s politics, you know? You have to prostitute yourself a little! “I’m not saying go to Hooters completely, but find the middle ground between Applebee’s and your dad didn’t stay,” the comedian continued.
‘You all know how to get a free drink. Well? And I know, listen, I know a lot of ugly women, I mean feminists, who don’t want to hear this message. But just tease them a little! Make a farmer feel like he has a chance. Change a state a little.
Burr’s jokes were met with a furious response on 2024?’ tf??? Kick him off the stage #snl.’
Another lamented: ‘Bill Burr just said on Saturday Night Live that women need to “shit themselves” to win the White House and then proceeded to tell a classic “feminists are ugly” joke, I guess we’ll get back to it.”
A third X user accused Burr of “infecting the entire SNL show with Andrew Dice Clay misogyny,” while a fourth called the monologue “tone-deaf.”
Burr called Trump a “bigot” and criticized America’s protracted election campaigns, arguing that voters have already made their decision in advance.

‘I’ll be honest with you, I’m so excited that this stupid election is finally over. It took forever. “Everyone knew who they were voting for four years ago, and then they drag you for a year and a half with all this,” he said.
‘Who was sitting there watching the debate not yet decided? Two of the most opposite people of all time. It’s like, “Okay, let’s see, what does the orange fan have to say? Hmm. How about the real estate agent who talks through his nose? Oh, here’s a point: this is so hard! They overlap. I just can’t make up my mind!”‘
He was also criticized online for criticizing Trump, including by an Probably because he hates Trump. Another one under control.
Elsewhere in his monologue, Burr also shared his reaction to the attempted assassination of Trump at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, over the summer.
After the bullet grazed his ear, Trump raised his fist in the air and, his face splattered with blood, told the audience: ‘Fight! Struggle!’
“I can’t believe Trump didn’t win this like four months ago,” Burr said. “I know it’s strange for young people to hear that, but when I was a kid, if you ran for president and you got shot and you didn’t die, that was the end of the election.”

As his monologue came to a close, Burr also mentioned Trump’s recent campaign stop where he worked at a McDonald’s.
Burr was criticized online for his tongue-in-cheek advice to female politicians, as well as for taking aim at Trump.
He joked: ‘There was nothing you could say, was there? Everyone would be like, “This guy is the man! He is the king!
Burr theorized that “the number one reason Trump survived is all those jerky moves he makes.” I assure you: the guy is a lunatic. I mean, he literally got shot and immediately jumped back and started screaming in the direction the bullets were coming from unarmed. That’s not a wise human being!’
The comedian joked: “I would have been on the ground crying in the fetal position: ‘Okay, give me the truck!’ I don’t want this job anymore! Just tell him he won! Tell him he won!”‘
Burr earned a big laugh by imitating Trump’s gestures on stage and then said that the president-elect’s would-be assassin, Thomas Matthew Crooks, “couldn’t locate him.” And just as he pulled the trigger, Trump said, “And Sleepy Joe!” and the bullet passed through his head.’
As his monologue came to a close, Burr also brought up Trump’s recent campaign stop where he worked at a McDonald’s, after accusing Kamala Harris of lying when she claimed she once worked there as a summer job in college.
“My favorite part of the campaign, however, was when Trump went to McDonald’s. Wasn’t that amazing? That’s the only time I’ve ever seen that guy really happy. As if it were shining. When he was behind the counter, it was like he was backstage at Springsteen or something,” Burr joked.
‘He says, “Oh my God, this is where they make the fries!” And I was stuffing a couple more into one. He’s like, “Hey, whoever gets this one is going to be excited.” It’s like, “Oh my God, was that empathy? Other people, Donald? It’s like when the Grinch came down the hill carrying the toys and his heart got a little bigger.’
