A motorcycle enforcer was ousted by his gang after sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl.
Husa Hasanovic was kicked out of the Nomads after being accused of sex with the girl on February 14 last year.
The 27-year-old pleaded guilty to having sexual intercourse with a child between 10 and 14 and was sentenced to two years and six months behind bars, with a non-conditional release of 18 months.
The Court of the Downing Center heard that the father of two was ‘shunned’ from the bike group after the violation.
“They call him an ex-nomad now,” Judge Robyn Tupman said.

The former sergeant at Arms for the Nomads said the girl approached him for a cigarette after taking the wrong train from Chester Hill station.
He led her to his home in Chester Hill and sexually assaulted her.
“She was only 12 years old and should not have been used sexually by an adult,” Judge Tupman said, as reported by The Sunday Telegraph.
“The court has been and has been around for at least 30 years and is still well aware of the trauma of sexual abuse in children, that … in some cases can be a lifelong traumatic outcome.”
The court heard that Hasanovic used cocaine and drank heavily at the time of the attack.
After his arrest, Hasanovic told his psychologist: “I hate myself for what I did and I feel like vomiting.”
Hasanovic, born in Bosnia, had a ‘dysfunctional’ upbringing and quit school at the age of 15, the court heard.
He is eligible for conditional release in August.
