Michelle Bridges has detailed the process of changing a flat tire as a ‘single mom’ on Instagram.
The former Biggest Loser Australia coach split from her partner Steve ‘Commando’ Willis a couple of years ago, and now she’s showing other women that they don’t need men to help them with certain tasks.
On her Instagram story on Friday, Michelle shared a photo of the flat tire on her $200,000 Range Rover with the caption: ‘Single dad. I’m going to nail this. I always have anyway…
She then shared several photos of herself changing the tire, sarcastically writing, “Living the dream…”

A lot of people would ask me, “Have you been on a date yet? Have you met someone?” And the answer is no,” she told TV Week at the time.
“I’m not someone who is easily offended… but personally, I don’t feel the pressure (to date) because I know the questions are coming from a good place.”
