Big Brother contestant revealed: sprint champion and fitness blogger Katie Williams is no stranger to reality TV after appearing on Australian Ninja Warrior

The latest entrant to be part of Big Brother Australia 2021 has been announced.

Katie Williams, 27, is a champion sprinter and fitness blogger who hails from Sydney’s northern beaches.

She’s also the host of the Better For It podcast and has an Instagram following of over 45,000 fans.

In a promotional video released Friday, Katie says she will use her fitness prowess to ‘strike back with force’ in the competition, praising it ‘game on!’

Katie is no stranger to reality TV, having appeared on Australian Ninja Warrior four years ago.

The gym bunny regularly shows off her incredible figure and healthy lifestyle on her Instagram account.

Several other participants have already been announced, including 21-year-old Sydney student Tilly Whitfeld.

She will join 48-year-old real estate agent Daniel Hayes, and author and fashionista Sarah Jane Adams, 65.

Last year, international model Chad Hurst won the series and the cash prize in the July live final as a result of receiving the most public vote from viewers.

Channel Seven has also announced that Celebrity Big Brother Australia will also be back in 2021 with a new name: Big Brother VIP.

Celebrity Big Brother last aired in 2002 and starred Kyle Sandilands, Warwick Capper, Anthony Mundine and Red Symons – with TV host Dylan Lewis the winner.

Fans have already started guessing who would like to participate, with an Instagram account The laundry suggesting that Married At First Sight star Nasser Sultan would be first in line.
