He credited voters of color for electing him and predicted they would do so again.

“You are the reason Donald Trump is the defeated former president,” Biden said.

“You are the reason why Donald Trump will be the loser again,” the president added to applause.

He again used language that Trump “broke” after being defeated in the 2020 election and was left “unhinged.”
