Biden, 81, unveils a new campaign ad that acknowledges growing fears about his age and begins with “It’s no secret that I’m not a young guy.”

President Joe Biden has acknowledged growing fears about his old age in a new re-election campaign video.

On Friday, the 81-year-old mocked what is believed to be his biggest problem as a presidential candidate.

‘Look, I’m not a young guy. That’s no secret,’ he insisted as he spoke directly to the camera. “But here’s the deal: I know how to get things done for the American people.”

Biden went on to list the accomplishments of his first term as president, which he compared to those of his political rival Donald Trump.

It comes after an explosive special counsel report was released last month highlighting his mental problems.

President Joe Biden has acknowledged growing fears about his old age in a new re-election campaign video.

The 81-year-old mocked what is believed to be his biggest handicap as a presidential candidate on Friday.

Biden used the new political ad to praises its own management of the coronavirus pandemic and capping insulin prices for elderly consumers, as well as passing infrastructure legislation.

Recognizing Trump, she accused him of taking away “women’s freedom of choice” regarding reproductive health.

His latest announcement is the first of a $30 million plan that will focus on key battleground states over six weeks.

Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and their partners travel around the country and host political events.

While the president often jokes about his old age in smaller settings, his latest comments could anger the public following the report that called him a “well-intentioned old man with a bad memory.”

The ad, titled For You, is lighter in tone and could be used to appeal to younger voters.

It will play on channels that have a younger target audience such as ESPN, Adult Swim and Comedy Central.

The clip included an outtake in which an off-camera voice asks him to do another take.

“Look, I’m very young, energetic and handsome,” Biden says with a smile. ‘What the hell am I doing this for?’

The Justice Department released its long-awaited investigation into Biden’s mishandling of classified documents on February 8, delivering a damning assessment of his “diminished faculties” and limited memory.

‘Look, I’m not a young guy. That’s no secret,’ Biden insisted as he spoke directly to the camera. “But here’s the deal: I know how to get things done for the American people.”

It comes after an explosive special counsel report was released last month highlighting his mental problems.

The president is preparing to take on Trump in the upcoming election, but appears to be lagging behind him in recent polls.

The special counsel’s report on Biden did not recommend bringing charges against him, but provided a cascade of damaging conclusions about files found in his garage as well as the president’s fitness for office.

In interviews with investigators, Biden was confused about the dates he was vice president and couldn’t even remember the year his son Beau died.

Biden lashed out angrily at a news conference but confused the presidents of Egypt and Mexico, raising concerns that he is unfit for the job.

The report said his cavalier attitude toward classified documents, such as his habit of reading confidential files to a ghostwriter, posed a significant risk to national security.

One of the reasons they decided not to press charges was because “at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview, as a sympathetic, well-intentioned old man with a bad memory.” ‘.

Biden is said to have been unimpressed with Attorney General Merrick Garland over the report, according to two sources close to the president, as it could threaten his presidential campaign.

The president is preparing to take on Trump in the next election, but appears to be trailing in recent polls.

Both the RealClearPolitics poll average and the Five Thirty-Eight poll average show Trump leading Biden in most recent national polls on the 2024 presidential race.

However, a combination of polls in individual states, combined with national polls, paint a better picture for the president.

A new New York Times/Siena College poll released Saturday puts Trump ahead of Biden 48 to 44 percent.

While a recent CBS News poll showed Trump leading Biden by 52 to 48 percent. Biden led in a Morning Consult poll, but by one point: 44 percent to 43.
