‘It’s a slap in the face to all the other talented acts!’: Furious BGT viewers call for AXED from judges after choosing trouser-clad Tonikaku as their wild card
Britain’s Got Talent viewers were outraged by the judges’ choice of a wild card in Sunday’s live final.
One even called for Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Bruno Tonioli to be replaced after choosing trouser-clad comedian Tonikaku to compete alongside the other finalists for the £250,000 prize.
Many fans were dissatisfied that the scantily clad performer had been chosen over his rival, beatboxer MB14.
Speaking of their decision, Simon said, “It was a unanimous decision – we just had to have (Tonikaku) here. It wouldn’t have been the same without him.’
And almost as soon as the comedian took the stage – in his underwear – viewers furiously rushed to Twitter to express their feelings.

One wrote: ‘Sorry, but the Jury Wild Card isn’t that foolish Tonikaku MB14. These judges need to be replaced’.
With a second addition: “It would have been better to do away with the entire universe than bring back Tonikaku as a wildcard.”
While a third said, ‘The judges choosing Tonikaku as a wild card is an absolute slap in the face to all the other acts that didn’t make it through’.
