“Can lightning strike a bottle twice?” I wrote. I’ve broken the code in the spirits business once before. My little boy with cocktails was the fastest growing alcoholic beverage brand in history at the time.

She went on to sound her own trumpet as she added, “It paved the way for many other media personalities to launch their own cocktail brands and create a new category.”
Frankel noted that she was the first female celebrity to debut with a groundbreaking brand, shattering previous industry standards in terms of alcohol marketing.
“Historically, celebrities were strictly told never to be photographed with alcohol,” she said. Liquor companies were marketed by men to men and changed that game.
Now it’s a whole new world for women, thanks to my little brand that can. I waited until I found another brand and concept that I wanted to call my own.
