Ella, the daughter of Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor, received support from her parents as she graduated from the prestigious Juilliard School in New York City on Friday.
While marking the milestone on Instagram, the 22-year-old recent college graduate, who earned her bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, shared photos in her cap and gown as she celebrated with friends and family.
‘YOU WOULD NOT LAST AN HOUR IN THE ASYLUM (@juilliardschool) WHERE THEY RAISED ME (No, seriously),’ she captioned the post, which included a nod to Taylor Swift’s song Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me? of the Department of Tortured Poets.
She continued: ‘Yesterday I got my BFA in Acting from Juilliard. I couldn’t be happier to have finished, nor more proud to have survived, nor more grateful to my family for the unwavering support that helped me get there and through.’
‘I have a degree in simulation gaming!!! Hurrah!!!’ concluded the Los Angeles native.
Ella, the daughter of Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor, received support from her parents as she graduated from New York City’s prestigious Julliard School over the weekend (seen last week)
For the occasion, she added green rhinestones around the edge of her graduation cap and wore a long white and yellow printed dress.
Among the cute snaps she posted from her big day, Ella included one of her sharing a laugh with her dad as they crossed the street together.
Another showed her smiling alongside her brother, Quinn Stiller, 18, while proudly holding her diploma.
Last week, Ella made a rare appearance alongside her mom and dad at the Gordon Parks Foundation.
The family also recently attended a performance of Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club on May 3 in New York City.
In 2022, Ben admitted that Ella criticized him for not being present enough in her life during her most formative years of youth.
“She’s very articulate about it and sometimes it’s things I don’t want to hear.” “It’s hard to hear,” the Reality Bites star and director said. Don.
And he added: “Because I am the one who is not there in the same way that I saw that my parents were not there.” And he had always thought: Well, I won’t do that.

Stiller continued: “But then it’s that thing that I was trying to navigate my own desire to fulfill the hopes and dreams that I had as well. And that doesn’t feel very good, but it’s important to recognize it.”
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ben and his wife reconciled after the former couple agreed it would be best for them to live together during quarantine in 2020.
“Then as time went on, it evolved,” the actor and comedian said, adding, “We broke up and got back together and we’re happy about that.” It’s been really wonderful for all of us. Unexpected and one of the things that came out of the pandemic.”
Being separated from his children, whether due to his career ambitions or his initial separation from his wife in 2017 after 17 years of marriage, has had a lasting impact on Stiller and the family.
“What I’ve learned is that your children don’t keep track of your career,” he confessed.

In 2016, Ben recalled that he and Taylor began their relationship when “they were both in recovery.”
They ended up intervening and “got married pretty quickly.”
‘I was alone. “I came out of a long relationship with (actress) Jeanne Tripplehorn,” she told Parade. ‘Christine was also getting out of a relationship. We went on a date and everything clicked.’
The couple met while she was auditioning for the 1999 thriller, Heat Vision and Jack.
‘My wife came to audition for the role of the sexy sheriff. She had been in the Brady Bunch movies and they were pushing me. She came in and was great,” she told the outlet.
