A few & # 39; extremely drunk & # 39; friends died surfing the train when they hit overhead lines that transport 25,000 volts of electricity, a survey that was heard today.
Ben Haddon-Cave (27) and Paddy Bolster (26) were found one kilometer apart on the London Overground line between Stratford and Hackney Wick in the early hours of March 21.
Haddon-Cave, whose sister Jessie Cave played Lavender Brown in the Harry Potter films, was discovered by firefighters after being summoned by a neighbor shortly before 1 am.
Mr. Haddon-Cave also worked as an actor, music producer, and was expected to play the lead role in an upcoming film.
His friend, Mr. Bolster, was a student at Aberystwyth University and had traveled to London that day to see a comedy show. His body was found nearby at 2.30 a.m.

An investigation into their death in the Coroner Court of Poplar in East London learned that the couple had been drinking at Howling Hop Brewery in Hackney Wick before scrambling on top of the train.
Coroner Mary Hassell said that Mr. Haddon Cave died on the track next to Hackney Wick train station in London, while Mr. Bolster's body was found next to Stratford train station in London & # 39; ;
A pathologist discovered that the remains of Mr. Haddon-Cave indicated & # 39; severe intoxication or extreme intoxication & # 39 ;.
His girlfriend, Sylvia Gregorzko, said she saw the couple drinking at the bar where she worked as a bartender and organized a comedy night.
They were with a large group of friends, including Mr Haddon-Cave's brother, Jamie, who left earlier in the evening.
The group continued to drink at the brewery after the comedy evening and helped Mrs. Gregorzko clean up.
The two friends decided to go back to Mr. Haddon-Cave's flat in Clerkenwell and left at about 12.45 for Mrs. Gregorzko.

CCTV images showed the couple walking into a residential area behind the brewery, where Gregorzko believes they have been traced by climbing through a hole in a fence.
The court heard how witnesses saw a bright red and orange flash on the train and heard the sound of electric sparks.
Speaking of Mr. Bolster, the coroner said: & # 39; There were burns in the upper part of Paddy & # 39; s body in accordance with high voltage therapy. & # 39;
She said he probably died mainly of head trauma, but that electrocution also contributed to his death.
& # 39; This trauma was probably caused by falling out of the train. It was less likely that electrocution was the leading cause of death & # 39 ;, she added.
A toxicologist discovered that the amount of alcohol in Mr Bolster's blood was also associated with & # 39; extreme intoxication &.
Mrs. Gregorzko told the investigation that she left about half an hour later and said: & I immediately saw a large number of police vehicles outside the Hackney Wick station.
Mr. Haddon-Cave's brother, Jessie, played Lavender Brown in the Harry Potter movie franchise
& # 39; Everything was good between me and Ben and he seemed to enjoy himself, especially because of Paddy he hadn't seen for months.
& # 39; They both drank a few drinks and were tipsy but not particularly drunk & # 39 ;, she said in a written statement.
She added: & # 39; I can only imagine that this was a purely spontaneous, exciting opportunity. & # 39;
Mr. Bolster's girlfriend, Sunita Edirisooriya, said she had stayed in Aberystwyth to focus on university work instead of joining him on his trip to London.
She said about her partner: & He cared that people felt special. I wish I had gone to London with him. & # 39;
Mrs. Edirisooriya explained that the couple had discussed the marriage and added: & # 39; We talked about our future life and future children, we even knew what song we would dance to at our wedding. & # 39;
She explained that night: & # 39; Paddy sms & # 39; to me and said: & # 39; You are my wife. Everything is good in the world, I thought we should just get a flat and be happy … I'll talk to you soon. & # 39; & # 39;
& # 39; He said: & # 39; I have found the love of my life. & # 39; Paddy is incredibly special and words cannot do him justice. & # 39;

In a statement Mr. Haddon-Cave's family said: & # 39; The very last thing he said to Jamie, who was also at the show but had to leave early, was that he loved him – something he often told us all would say.
& # 39; In our opinion, getting off that freight train that night was a decision that got out of hand.
& # 39; We believe he has been portrayed as a kind of reckless trainer surfer, but that cannot be further from the truth. & # 39; He was a very talented and creative mind. & # 39;
The family explained how he had visited the prestigious Lambda and the Rada drama schools and planned to play the & # 39; lead role in an upcoming short film and some advertising work & # 39 ;.
Haddon-Cave was born in London and lived in Clerkenwell near his family.
Mr. Bolster was a third-year student of rural management and nature conservation at Aberystwyth University and grew up in Glengarriff in County Cork, Ireland. The investigation continues.
