The Three Lions are aiming to win their first major trophy at an international men’s tournament since the 1966 World Cup.
A number of celebrities are expected to attend the big match and some of them have already been photographed arriving at the stadium in Berlin.
Mail Sport spotted Ben Foster making a hurried trip to the pitch on an electric scooter.
Sir Keir Starmer, fresh from his arrival as the country’s new prime minister in the recent general election, was seen waving to fans as he made his way to his seat.

Prince William, who was seen roaring in celebration during England’s quarter-final win over Switzerland, will also be in attendance at the final, where he hopes to congratulate the Three Lions players after the match.
Jordan Henderson, who failed to make the final selection, made the effort to go to see England in the final, travelling eight hours in a rented van.
He shared a picture on Instagram as he headed to the stadium and wrote: ‘We did it, come on lads.’
A later image showed him inside the stadium, where he appeared to catch the eye of one of the England players, as he gave a thumbs up with a beaming smile on his face.
Fabio Capello, who managed England at the 2010 World Cup, was seen walking down a flight of stairs inside the stadium alongside former Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez.
David Seaman, who won 75 caps for England during his playing career, was seen deep in conversation with Peter Crouch, who scored 22 goals in 42 games. Seaman was joined at the game by another former England international goalkeeper, David James.
One sporting personality who is set to have an interesting evening is Mercedes Formula One star George Russell, who was pictured heading to the match with his Spanish girlfriend Carmen Montero Mundt.
Following his recent victory at the Austrian Grand Prix, Russell shared a photo of the pair jokingly looking at each other with their fists raised and the message: “Off to Berlin. It’s special to have both our countries in the Euro 2024 final. One of us will be happy tonight.”
Peter Crouch was seen deep in conversation with another former England international, David Seaman.
David James is another former England goalkeeper who will also be present at the match.
Russell’s Formula One rival Lando Norris also had his photo taken inside the Olympiastadion.
