Ben Fordham has revealed how hypnotized he has helped 10 pounds in six months.
The 42-year-old spoke to Lawrence Mooney on Triple M & # 39; s Moonman in the morning show on Friday that he was hypnotized to stop eating chocolate and to stop drinking beer.
