Former Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel clapped back at Travis Kelce’s after he called her a ‘troll’ for predicting that Travis’ relationship with Taylor Swift would end in disaster.

Frankel posted a video talking about the relationship, saying that Travis and Taylor seem to have clashing personalities and might be incompatible.

Ed Kelce, Travis’ father, saw the video and posted on Facebook asking, “Who the TF is this troll?”

Frankel responded on an episode of his ‘Just B’ podcast, saying, “I really understand and admire a parent coming to their child’s defense, especially when asked about it.”

‘I just wish he had expressed an opinion instead of just a verbal insult. While teaching our children, it is better to express ourselves than simply criticize.”

The reality TV star also joked, “Calling me a troll is incredible clickbait and hooray for Travis Kelce’s dad!”

In a clip posted to Instagram, Frankel noted that Travis has a so-called “peacock” personality. She argued that meant trouble for that relationship because Swift is “certainly a peacock” and that “there can only be one peacock in a relationship.”

In the wake of Ed’s ‘troll’ joke, Frankel argued that she ‘wasn’t even criticizing their relationship.’ And she added: “She was just saying that there’s usually only one peacock in a relationship.”

Frankel says she has experience dating one of these “peacocks,” someone she called “very over the top, very loud and outgoing, and who needed to be the center of attention.”

‘I keep it. I think that’s what Travis is,” Frankel said of his evaluation of him.

He even went so far as to compare Ed’s response to Travis screaming in his head coach Andy Reid’s face during Super Bowl LVIII.

Frankel alleged: “I did not mention [Travis] push your trainer, which is a physical expression rather than using words and having a conversation. Which is kind of what his father did. He used an insult instead of using his intellect.

Frankel defended his assessment, saying that Travis and Taylor's personalities could clash.

He added that Ed’s decision to “go into it [with her] “It’s funny, too,” and said “Sorry, not sorry” about the headline-making story.

“The speedsters may come for me, but I’ll defend myself when I said they’re on my Mount Rushmore of couples,” Frankel said, referring to when he previously praised the pair.

‘I literally think he’s a peacock and there are two peacocks in this relationship and it usually doesn’t work. “I’m allowed to think that,” Frankel continued.

‘I don’t have to think that they are going to get married and spend their lives together. I hope they do it if that’s what they want.”
