Ahead of his “imminent” divorce from the superstar, 55, the Oscar winner, 51, appeared in high spirits as he walked through a parking lot in Beverly Hills on Thursday.
Although he has been criticized in the past for having a “resting bitch face” in photos and at various public events, the actor flashed a rare smile in his latest appearance.
An eyewitness told DailyMail.com that Affleck greeted “everyone he met” as he entered the building.
The father of three, who recently purchased a bachelor pad valued at $20.5 million, looked handsome in a black blazer and navy dress shirt.

Affleck arrived prepared for a long day and brought an iced coffee into the building with him.
He and his ex-wife have been embroiled in divorce rumors for months.
