The actor, 51, was spotted with Garner, 52, on their son Samuel’s last day of school.
Despite rumors that Affleck’s marriage to Jennifer Lopez is in trouble, the actor managed to smile at one point while chatting with his ex and his mother.
Ben was wearing a gray sweater over a burgundy t-shirt, jeans, and his usual Nike sneakers.
His ex was wearing a blue zip-up sweater, leggings, socks, and navy blue sneakers.

Ben and Jennifer have remained on good terms since they divorced in 2018. They are parents to the three children they welcomed during their marriage: Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12.
In 2021, the actor rekindled his romance with his ex-fiancée Jennifer Lopez before marrying her a year later.
But lately they have been embroiled in divided speculation.
It has been claimed that Ben had a four-hour meeting with Jennifer on Sunday at the $60 million marital home for which they hired a real estate agent to sell.
The couple have been dogged by rumors of marital problems and were recently alleged to be on the brink of divorce.
Under a cloud of speculation about the status of their relationship, Affleck reportedly visited Lopez, 54, at her Bel Air home last weekend.
He is believed to be living separately from her in a $100,000-a-month rental property in Brentwood, two blocks from his ex-wife Jennifer.
But on Sunday night he returned to the mansion he shares with López and stayed there with her from 5 to 9 p.m., sources reported. Page six.

The encounter comes on the heels of claims that the couple are “living separate lives” amid their rumored marital problems.
It has been claimed for weeks that the couple’s marriage was in trouble after it emerged they had not been pictured together publicly for 47 days.
What followed was a series of awkward public outings, in which body language experts deduced that the couple seemed “unhappy” in each other’s company.
It is now claimed that while the couple are not ‘officially separated’, they have been spending time apart and thinking about buying separate homes.

The couple, who have reportedly been “living apart” for weeks, purchased the residence after touring more than 80 properties together to find the perfect martial home for their blended family.
Lopez and Affleck have recently been embroiled in divided speculation
Amid rumors that “divorce is imminent” for the couple, a source said TMZ that his real estate agent has been “showing the house for about two weeks” but has not yet secured a buyer.
The source reported that “they are asking around $65 million for the house.”
With the “significant money” the couple invested in improvements, the outlet said they would suffer a “loss of millions of dollars.”
TMZ also reported that Lopez is “already looking for a new home” as Affleck stays in his $100,000-a-month rental in Brentwood, near Garner.
Earlier this week, DailyMail.com reported that photographs of the lavish interior of their marital home appeared on estate agent websites after being removed following the sale of the property to the couple last May.
DailyMail.com determined that these new photos were uploaded to the real estate site Zillow.com on June 1 and 5. The house is still listed as sold.
The couple bought the house and paid cash for it after a two-year search for their dream home in what was supposedly a fairytale ending to their decade-long love story.

A representative for J Lo noted that the images themselves are not new.
