Beckham’s tattoo battle: Footballer David, 48, and his son Brooklyn, 24, each have 100 tattoos, but what do they all mean?

– NATIVE AMERICAN

In 2017, Brooklyn got his first tattoo when his dad walked him to the salon. He later released himself a portrait of a Native American.

David himself has similar inking on his torso.

– NICOLA’S FACE

Earlier this year, Brooklyn revealed a large portrait of his wife on his upper arm.

When developing Nicola’s portrait, Brooklyn said, “I actually have my wife’s portrait on my arm, that’s the last one I have.”

Speaking in March on The Jennifer Hudson Show, Brooklyn revealed the vast image of her face and the lyrics next to it.

He said: ‘I actually got some of the lyrics to the song that… she walked down the aisle to on the same day.

Brooklyn had the name of his wife’s late grandmother, Gina, tattooed on his arm after she passed away in January 2020.

He also had a prayer dedicated to Gina tattooed on his torso.

In 2015, David revealed that he has always been called Brooklyn Buster and had the nickname tattooed on his neck. He shared the tattoo on Instagram with the caption: “I’ve always called Brooklyn (Buster) since the day he was born… I love you Bust.”

Brooklyn has his and his wife’s last names scrawled on his stomach, after taking his last name when they were married.

Speaking about the choice, he said: “It was my idea because I also wanted to honor his family name, and you know I thought when we have kids, I think it’s going to be really nice to have little Peltz-Beckham running.”

Brooklyn had Gina’s prayer tattooed on her torso, with the words reading: “Focused on the present, honest with others and confident in ourselves, we know we can’t fail.”
