Accused police officer Beau Lamarre-Condon has been hit with new charges over the alleged murders of Jesse Baird and Luke Davies.
The 29-year-old man allegedly used his police-issued Glock pistol to shoot the men on a terrace in the inner Sydney suburb of Paddington on February 19.
The bodies of former Channel Ten presenter and AFL referee Mr Baird, 26, and his Qantas flight attendant boyfriend Mr Davies, 29, were found stuffed inside surf bags at a remote location in Bungonia in the Southern Tablelands on February 27.
Lamarre-Condon has been in custody since turning himself in to police on February 23 and was later charged with two counts of murder.
On Tuesday night, New South Wales Police revealed that the former senior officer was charged with three new charges last Thursday.
They included two counts of domestic violence-related murder and one count of trespassing with intent to commit an indictable offence.
The third charge carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

Police say the attack was premeditated after a months-long campaign of “predatory behavior” against Baird, whom Lamarre-Condon briefly dated.
They also allege that Davies died as collateral damage as he was also at Baird’s home at the time.
A triple-zero call was heard from Mr Davies’ mobile phone on the day of the alleged murder, four minutes after neighbours heard gunshots at the Paddington home.
A patrol car was later dispatched to search for the source of the call, which was disconnected before anyone could speak.
Officers were unable to locate the user and did not attend Mr Baird’s home at the time.
Suspicions that they were dead arose after the men’s belongings were found in a rubbish bin in the southern Sydney suburb of Cronulla.
Police were then taken to Mr Baird’s shared home, which was stained with blood.
Lamarre-Condon has yet to enter a plea after prosecutors requested more time to finalize their case against her during a hearing in June.
Outside Downing Centre Local Court in Sydney after an earlier hearing, his lawyer John Walford told reporters the former police officer “is coping with the situation but it is difficult for him”.
He added that the matter “could go to trial” and his client could invoke mental health reasons.
Mr Walford agreed to an eight-week adjournment of the case.

As Davies’ family listened to the hearing via audio link from Queensland, Crown prosecutor Brendan Donnelly said time was needed to finalise charges against the former officer.
“We plan to have charges filed by then,” he told Magistrate Judge Daniel Covington.
It was also too early to say whether a mental health-based defense would be raised or whether the matter would go to trial, he told reporters.
Lamarre-Condon joined the New South Wales Police Force in 2019 and previously ran a celebrity blog.
She posed for photos with dozens of celebrities, including Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and Harry Styles.
He was fired from the police force in mid-March.
The case will return to court on August 13.
