Alleged double murderer Beau Lamarre-Condon has been officially sacked from the New South Wales Police Force.

Lamarre-Condon is accused of murdering Sydney couple Luke Davies and Jesse Baird with his service weapon while off duty at a house in Paddington on February 19.

The couple’s bodies were found in surfboard bags on February 27 at a rural property in Bungonia, near Goulburn, about 200km southwest of Sydney.

Lamarre-Condon joined the police force in 2019 and was working with the service’s Youth Command unit as a youth engagement officer at the time of his arrest.

NSW Police confirmed Lamarre-Condon, a senior constable, was stood down from duty on Friday, after Commissioner Karen Webb served a termination notice late last month.

“Under section 181D of the Police Act 1990, the Commissioner has the power to dismiss officers if she has lost confidence in their suitability to continue as a police officer,” the police said.

Detectives say Lamarre-Condon’s killing of Mr Baird with his police-issued gun was a premeditated attack following a months-long campaign of “predatory behavior” towards the man with whom he had a brief “dating” relationship. friends with benefits.”

Police say Mr Davies, a Qantas flight attendant, was murdered because he was at Mr Baird’s eastern suburbs home at the time of his partner’s murder.

About 12 hours later, Lamarre-Condon allegedly collected the bodies in a rental white van and then took them to a remote farm in Bungonia, about 180km south of Sydney.

He reportedly returned to the scene to move the bodies to another location approximately 20 minutes away.

The bodies were finally found on Feb. 27, more than a week after the alleged murders, after Lamarre-Condon spoke with a lawyer and then was interviewed by detectives in jail.

Lamarre-Condon has been charged with two counts of murder and is currently at the Silverwater Correctional Complex in Sydney’s west.

He will next appear in court at Sydney’s Downing Center on April 23.
