Beast mode! Ironwoman Candice Warner shows off her insane abs and ripped physique in a crop top as she performs a grueling gym workout
Candice Warner is known for her incredibly ripped figure and love of keeping fit.
And on Thursday, the cricket WAG and former Ironwoman proved how hard she works to stay in top form.
Candice, 37, showed off her washboard abs while doing a grueling workout at the gym with celebrity trainer Jono Castano.
In a clip shared by Jono, the mother of three hangs from a monkey bar with a huge weight between her legs and performs crunches while holding herself in the air.
“I’m focusing on getting those abs out,” Jono said as Candice worked up a sweat.

She demonstrated a Pendlay row with a barbell before moving on to lat pulldowns.
In October, Candice spoke to Daily Mail Australia about her best fitness tips and day on a plate, as well as her surprising guilty pleasure.

“Yes, I have sugars, but I try to cut back on that and eat as healthily as possible,” she said.
Candice, who is married to cricketer David Warner, said that while she mostly takes a healthy approach when it comes to her diet, she also enjoys a glass or two of bubbly to relax and has a notorious sweet tooth.
“I love a Chandon,” she added. ‘Just like everyone. I’m a mom and sometimes once the kids go to bed you need a happy hour. I’m not afraid to have a drink.’

The SAS Australia star noted that exercise has ‘always’ had a much greater impact on her health and plays a huge role in her life.
She said that heavy weights and cardio are the most important combination to maintain her fit and healthy figure.
“I like to lift heavy weights. But then cardio – I like running,” she explained. “So whether it’s on the treadmill or on the beach at the seaside, it’s so important to me, not just physically, but mentally.”

She recently shared her health and fitness tips with Daily Mail Australia, saying she “trys to eat as healthy as possible”
