The BBC Breakfast presenter, 49, ditched her pajamas as a teenager and now simply puts on her dressing gown when she gets up relatively late on days she’s not on TV.

She said The times: ‘I haven’t worn anything to bed since I was 16. There is something very luxurious and liberating about being naked and having clean sheets around you.
