BBC Breakfast suffered another presenter change on Wednesday as a second presenter was replaced, leaving fans of the show furious after a disrupted week.
Presenter Sally Nugent, 52, was absent from the morning show she usually hosts alongside Jon Kay, 54, with Nina Warhurst taking over in her place.
This comes just a day after fans of the show were left furious when Ben Thompson replaced Jon on Tuesday.
BBC Breakfast did not mention why Sally was not on Wednesday’s show.
However, despite the change, some viewers felt Nina did a great job when she spoke about the tragic stabbings in Southport as part of the main news.

This came as viewers of the show were also left irritated by another change to the programme on Wednesday morning.
Those watching from home were unhappy that the hosts failed to acknowledge that local news and weather were missing from the show.
The programme’s length has been reduced this week as Olympic coverage dominates the BBC.
Viewers wrote: ‘If #bbcbreakfast has decided to drop all its local news bulletins and local weather forecasts, how about mentioning it on the show? @BBCBreakfast @jonkay01.’

This comes just after the programme underwent a schedule change on Monday morning, being pulled from BBC One mid-show and moving to BBC Two to make way for coverage of the Paris 2024 Olympics.
But the fact that the show was cut and shrunk to a smaller channel wasn’t the only thing that had fans angry.
Fans called the interview segment “embarrassing and disappointing” as they claimed Ben addressed the politician in an “aggressive tone.”
The Chancellor was on the current affairs programme to discuss her decision to end winter fuel payments for millions of pensioners who do not receive pension credit or other means-tested benefits, among other issues.
But within minutes of the broadcast starting, viewers took to X (formerly Twitter) to complain about Ben’s interviewing style, saying: “Very sneaky tactic from Ben on #BBCBreakfast this morning. Disappointing.”

However, not everyone questioned his interview technique and some fans praised the stand-in presenter, writing:
‘She was absolutely brilliant this morning!’
‘#BBCBreakfast Ben hit the nail on the head… go on strike and get what you want… all you hard working factories for minimum wage go on strike.’
BBC Breakfast airs throughout the week, usually between 6:00am and 9:30am
However, the usual time slot for the morning show will be changed slightly this week to accommodate the Olympics, something that has left some BBC viewers unhappy.
The schedule change caused those who tuned in early to angrily say “I’m going back to bed!” when they discovered the show was not on.
On Monday morning the show started at its usual 6am time but moved to BBC Two at 8am for an hour.
As with Tuesday’s episode, viewers will be able to tune in for 45 minutes on Wednesday before it switches to BBC Two until 9am.
The change to the Saturday breakfast show has left fans furious about the unexpected change.

Bargain Hunt and Homes Under the Hammer have also moved to BBC Two in the latest schedule change.
