Julian Nagelsmann turned his side up for the cup match with Robert Lewandowski, Leon Goretzka and Manuel Neuer all out of the squad but his stand-ins were able to do the job and more on Wednesday.
Choupo-Moting opened the floodgates after eight minutes with a shot over the crossbar, before former Chelsea youngster Jamal Musiala scored two after 16 minutes.

Bremer defender Jan-Luca Warm denied Musiala for just a second by dragging a ball into his own net before former Stoke City striker Choupo-Moting scored twice more before the break to complete his hat-trick and give Bayern five goals.
Benjamin Eta’s Bremer didn’t get a rest after the break, when substitute Malik Tillman found the net before Musiala scored a second goal.
Leroy Sané made eight before Bremer’s Udo Nobile was sent off for a challenge on 19-year-old Tillmann.

Bayern of Julian Nagelsmann scored four times in eight minutes to close the cup match
The Bundesliga champions increased the pressure as the match drew to a close, scoring four goals in eight minutes after 80 minutes.
Michael Cuisance, Bouna Sarr and Corentin Tolisso all scored, while Choupo-Moting placed fourth among those goals.
However, the result is just below Bayern’s biggest win by goal margin, with the German champions beating Bavarian side DJK Waldberg in the first round of the German Cup in 1997.
Bayern’s biggest ever win in any competition was a 23-0 win in a friendly against FC Rottach Egern in 2019. The German giants defeated the same team 20-2 the year before.
