Bayern Munich fears more players could test positive for the coronavirus after Serge Gnabry trained with his teammates before knowing he was infected.
Bayern announced that Gnabry would miss the Champions League game with Atletico Madrid on Tuesday, but the winger did not receive his result until he had already trained that day.
As reported by Bild, Gnabry was pictured completing a contact stretching exercise with defender David Alaba, alongside and battling other members of the squad.

According to the report, 25 players took part in the training, but due to strict hygiene rules, the club is optimistic that the match with Atletico will not be jeopardized.
According to UEFA rules, matches are played when each team has at least 13 professionals (including at least one goalkeeper) available.
The report claims that Bayern now wants to test players even better. Each team member will be tested on Wednesday before boarding the team bus to the stadium.

The Bundesliga side is starting to defend their Champions League trophy at the Allianz Arena, two months after beating Paris Saint-Germain in the final in Lisbon.
After a surprise 4-1 loss against Hoffenheim in late September, Bayern have already won their last four games.
Robert Lewandowski was once again in phenomenal form with seven goals and three assists.
Atlético goes unbeaten in the game by winning two this season and drawing two of their four LaLiga games.
