Ben Affleck and George Clooney were filmed on a baseball field in Boston on Wednesday.
The 48-year-old actor seemed to be returning to his younger days when he entered the outfield while the 59-year-old director hit a few balls at his leading man.
The two are currently working hard on the main photography of The Tender Bar, the From Dusk Till Dawn star’s eighth direction.

Affleck looked thrilled as he wore an orange shirt with an image for The Dickens, which will serve as the center bar of the upcoming movie.
The Gone Girl star also stayed comfortable in black shorts, knee-high socks and a pair of Puma sneakers.

Clooney kept it casual on the movie set while wearing blue jeans and white Adidas sneakers under a dark gray zippered sweater.

The Tender Bar is based on the 2005 memoir of the same name by Pulitzer Prize-winning writer JR Moehringer.
The story follows the author during his early years in New York City as he searches for his father as he grows closer to his uncle and a group of locals at a nearby bar.
Other artists involved in the project include Tye Sheridan, Lily Rabe and Christopher Lloyd.
Development of The Tender Bar began in 2013 with Hidden Figures director Theodore Melfi directing the film, although he later left the project.

After several years of difficulties, Amazon Studios acquired the rights to the project in July 2020, and it was confirmed in December of that year that Clooney would spearhead the feature.
Affleck’s casting was confirmed in February, while much of the rest of the cast was added last month.
Clooney and the lead actor of The Tender Bar previously collaborated on the 2012 film Argo, which featured the Leatherheads director as producer.
The main photography of the upcoming project began earlier this year at various locations in and around Boston.
The upcoming movie does not currently have a set release date.
