There has been a lot of attention on the Trump family in recent months, as Donald officially became president of the US for the second time on Monday.

From his wife Melania’s oversized wide-brimmed Eric Javits hat to Lauren Sanchez’s racy white Alexander McQueen pantsuit over a white lace bustier, this year’s inauguration fashion has certainly caught the attention of many.

And it looks like Barron Trump has been no exception, as he pulled off his father’s historic feat on Monday in a classic sleek suit paired with a silky navy blue tie.

The 18-year-old looked very smart for the event, so it might not be a surprise to hear that his ensemble was custom-made.

It’s a far cry from the famous gray and blue graphic T-shirt with ‘The Expert’ written on it – which the teenager chose to sport in 2017.

And it appears Barron, who towers over his father at 6 feet, is dressing for the job he wants, as he will soon be the boss and heir to his father’s empire – and is in the process of launching his own luxury real estate. company with two business partners.

Newsweek first reported the formation of Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc. in Wyoming last July, meaning Barron is on his way to becoming one of the world’s most eligible bachelors – according to countless fans on social media.

From the age of four, it became clear that Donald and Melania’s only son enjoys the finer things in life, especially since a clip of him saying, “I love my suitcase,” went viral and became a meme in late 2024.

Barron, dressed in a small suit, can be seen running around and picking up a Louis Vuitton suitcase that now sells for almost $10,000.

The video, which was part of a segment his parents Donald and Melania filmed for Larry King Live in 2010, showed the toddler hanging out with the two of them in Trump Tower.

Barron was just ten years old when his father first became president and the family moved into the White House in June 2017.

While Melania looked typically stylish in neutral colors, with brown culottes and a white tank top, and Donald looked stylish in a navy blue suit, their son went for something more casual.

Instead, he decided to wear a gray and blue T-shirt that called him an “expert,” perhaps reflecting what’s to come for Barron’s career.

But his style evolution has had many iterations.

A few years earlier, Barron had attended a red carpet event at his father’s Mar-a-Lago Club in Florida, wearing a white Ralph Lauren polo, Bermuda shorts, and navy blue and brown boat shoes, a style he later wore in August 2017 repeated.

As Barron grew up, his style constantly changed based on what was extremely popular at the time.

Apparently a stickler for trends, Barron, who was about 13 at the time, was photographed in 2020 wearing a shiny khaki green bomber jacket that he paired with a plain white T-shirt, beige chinos and New Balance sneakers.

Various stars, politicians and royals are fans of the comfortable shoes, worn by the Princess of Wales, Kendall Jenner and the Hadid sisters.

He also had a quiff hairstyle, which is noticeably different from the sleek hair we saw earlier this week.

That same year, Barron was seen wearing a white bomber jacket with the colors of the American flag along the hem and collar, which he paired with a white T-shirt, dark jeans and black sneakers.

In 2021, Barron channeled vintage ’90s ensembles, going for very simple yet stylish outfits, but also with longer hair.

He was seen leaving Trump Tower with his mother Melania in a simple navy blue sweater that he tucked into indigo denim jeans, paired with a simple leather belt with a silver buckle.

At the age of four, Barron, dressed in a small suit, can be seen running around and picking up a Louis Vuitton suitcase that now sells for almost $10,000.

But as of 2022 and as he reached his later teens, it appears Barron has learned the rule that a good suit never goes out of fashion.

In the years leading up to his father’s second presidency, he was increasingly seen in neater outfits, including at Easter 2024, when he wore a navy blue number with a yellow tie.

For the suit he wore on Monday, Barron teamed up with Nathan Pearce of clothing brand Pearce Bespoke and got his expert opinion on several ensembles.

The company, which Barron has favored for years, also counts high-profile athletes like Eli Manning, Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels and former NFL quarterback Drew Brees among its clients.

He was first introduced to the Baton Rouge-based startup company through influencer and entrepreneur Justin Waller, one of Pearce Bespoke’s top clients.

“Justin said he wanted to introduce me to Barron. Literally a week later I was on a flight to Mar-a-Lago,” Pearce said WWD in a new interview.

Together, Barron and Pearce selected several suits, dress skirts and “an ultra-dark charcoal cashmere overcoat.”

And it seems Pearce quite enjoyed Barron’s company, as he called him a “super smart boy.”

“He is way beyond his years in terms of experience, knowledge and history,” he added.

“He’s just really fascinating to talk to,” the clothing maker admitted to the outlet about the New York University student.

Pearce added that Barron had even traveled to Louisiana without an entourage to evaluate fabrics, buttons and linings for his clothing, suggesting he has an interest in dressing well.

“You know what’s another word I would say? Hospitable. He is down to earth, kind and welcoming,” Pearce continued.

He told the outlet that not only did Trump shake his hand and thank him several times for coming to Mar-a-Lago, but he also took him to the estate’s pro shop to sort some things out.

Pearce was then allowed to invoice the items to Trump’s account.

“I’ve really enjoyed getting to know him over the last one or two years,” he said.

Moreover, he has a good sense of humor. “He’s hilarious,” he told WWD.

“But like I said, he’s super sharp,” he continued. “You put him in a room with star businessmen and he’ll hold his own.”

“He can talk to them all day because he’s witty, smart and dry.”
