Barron Trump made his campaign rally debut Tuesday night when former President Donald Trump hosted thousands of supporters at his golf club in Doral, Florida, and made a big claim about the 18-year-old.

“This is the first time he’s done this,” the former president said, looking out at the front rows of the crowd. “Where’s Barron? Get up! Look at him! … You’re very popular. You might be more popular than Don and Eric. We need to talk about this. Hey, Don, we need to talk about this, huh?”

The 78-year-old former president said “welcome to the scene, Barron” and joked that his youngest son “had such a nice, easy life; now it’s changed a little bit,” earning him thunderous applause.

But Trump led the rally with a fresh challenge to President Joe Biden, 81, whose re-election campaign has been jeopardized by his poor debate performance late last month.

The former president initially said he wanted to debate Biden again – “next week” – which would coincide with the Republican National Convention. Biden is already scheduled to debate Trump for a second time, but on September 10.

Trump also said he wanted to play a round of golf with Biden and bet $1 million on the deal.

“I’m also officially challenging Crooked Joe to an 18-hole golf match right here at the Blue Monster in Doral, considered one of the world’s greatest golf courses,” Trump said. “It will be one of the most watched sporting events in history.”

Trump said it could be bigger than the Ryder Cup or the Masters.

“I would give Joe Biden a 10-stroke lead, 10 strokes, that’s a lot. That means 20 strokes if you don’t play golf,” he continued.

“And if he wins, I’ll give the charity of his choice, any charity he wants, $10 million,” the former president added. “And I bet he doesn’t take me up on the offer.”

The Biden campaign was quick to respond, calling Trump’s rally “unhinged.”

“Joe Biden has no time for Donald Trump’s bizarre antics – he’s busy leading America and defending the free world,” campaign spokesman James Singer said.

The singer noted that Trump’s rally consisted of the former president “inviting fictional serial killers to dinner, making fun of little Marco Rubio, praising Project 2025 architect Tom Homan, and challenging the president of the United States to a game of golf.”

‘Donald Trump is a liar, a convict and a fraud who only seeks his own benefit: that’s normal.’

Trump has stayed off the campaign trail for 10 days (holding his final rally in Chesapeake, Virginia, the day after Biden’s debate), allowing the Democratic president’s campaign to implode while he remained uncharacteristically quiet.

The former president was seen at the July 4th festivities.

At the rally, Trump launched a series of insults at his rival on Tuesday night, surrounded by supporters and family.

Donald Trump Jr. was among those who cheered on the crowd, noting that Democrats don’t want Americans to own an AR-15 “but they gave a vegetable the nuclear codes.”

Trump Jr. was joined by his ex-wife Vanessa and their three children, as well as his current fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle. Eric Trump was also in attendance.

Also there is one of Trump’s leading vice presidential candidates: Florida Senator Marco Rubio, a former rival in 2016.

Throughout the night, Trump mocked Rubio, sitting in the front row.

Trump harshly criticized Vice President Kamala Harris, saying Biden had put her in the position as an “insurance policy.”

“It may be the best insurance policy I’ve ever seen, Marco,” Trump said. “If Joe had picked someone even halfway competent, they would have voted him out of office years ago, but they can’t because she, his second choice, doesn’t stand a chance.”
