A barmaid who has evaded a prison sentence after having had sex in Domino & # 39; s pizza shop has now ended up in jail for attacking a male police officer.
Danielle Hirst, 30, received a 16-week ruling in Scarborough Magistrates Court on Friday for an attack on a police officer in Scarborough on November 15.
Hirst went to Facebook for a final message before being put behind bars at HMP Low Newton in Durham and wrote: & # 39; I was sent to jail !! Waiting for G4 to get me just as honored! See you all in a few months xxxxxxxxxxxx & # 39;
Scarborough Magistrates Court confirmed the sentence to MailOnline when asked.
Hirst and her friend-builder Craig Smith, 31, made the news in February after being arrested after CCTV footage was caught for sex while waiting for a 12-inch pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust in Domino's, Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
The pair stood before the court in Scarborough accused of public indecency, but only escaped with a curfew, despite the magistrates' footage of the hull & # 39; obscene and disgusting & # 39; after it was shown in court.

The video showed the couple ordering food and messing around with a yellow cleansing cone before Hirst gave oral sex on Smith, 31.
The couple then has sex leaning on the counter close to the counter.
Employees can work in the kitchen while deliverers come and go everywhere.
Hirst pleaded guilty to & # 39; committing public decency by behaving indecently & # 39 ;.
Smith, who was not in court because he was in pre-trial detention, was found guilty in his absence.

He was accused of intentional serious physical injury and two assaults of assault in November 2015 after a fight outside a pub.
Hirst described her behavior as & # 39; terrible & # 39; and told the court that she & # 39; shrunk & # 39; was when she looked at the images of the CCTV during the police interview.
When she left, the court changed her pink dungarees and said she was fuming & # 39; used to be.
The North Yorkshire police were informed of the footage from the local media after it was posted on Twitter by a Domino employee.
The couple from Bridlington, East Yorkshire, had spent the weekend drinking and celebrating Smith's birthday when they got the train to Scarborough on February 25, 2016.
The prosecution, Neil Holdsworth said: "This charge commits an act that creates public decency by acting indecently.
& # 39; This case is about an occasion where the two suspects were engaged in sexual activities in the pizza outlet of a Domino that was open to the public, with members of staff present. & # 39;

Defensively, Scott McLaughlin tried to have the CCTV images removed, but magistrates rejected his request.
In mitigation, he said: & # 39; This case speaks for itself. It was obvious that they were in the drink and that their exuberant minds were living.

He added: & # 39; Miss Hirst's dirty laundry has been broadcast in public. & # 39;
Magistrate Angela Beardshall said: “The prosecutor did not obtain these images illegally, although it may be good that they have been mis-distributed.
& # 39; In order to arrive at our decision, we note that Mr. Smith was not present but considered him present through his lawyer.

Both Hirst and Smith were sentenced to curfew on October 17 at Scarborough Magistrates Court.
Speaking after the video turned viral in February, Hirst said: & I am very open-minded about sex and public places – I love the excitement you can incur.
& # 39; But I never thought that we would be caught that way and come across the entire internet. & # 39;
