A Las Vegas teenager has been accused of sexually assaulting a girl who was drunk and unable to respond coherently while others watched, laughed and recorded the incident on their cellphones.
Aiden Cicchetti, 17, was arrested in March on three counts of sexual assault, but released on his own recognizance after an initial court appearance in Las Vegas.
Now, new details about the horrific assault have been released.
The alleged incident happened after a night of partying during which the girl went out with a group of friends on a “party bus” when the victim met someone named Aiden.
The couple took down shots and also drank from an unidentified liquor bottle allegedly provided by Aiden.

The young girl remembers that her vision then became blurry and that she felt “dizzy and nauseous”.
His last memory before passing out was leaving a party in Henderson, Nevada, and walking to his car.
She then found herself waking up in Aiden’s kitchen with her pants and underwear missing and covered only by a blanket. She finally got home around 3:40 a.m.
Cicchetti’s attorney, Ross Goodman, said the sexual encounter between the pair was consensual and there was no evidence the girl “was incoherent or otherwise passed out”.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department’s arrest report, Cicchetti messaged him on his social media the next day.
He made reference to their sexual encounter, but the girl at first assumed he was joking.

The next day, she received a message from someone else with the message: “LMAO, look what I found on my phone”.
Alongside the text, three videos depicted her in the back seat of her car with Aiden allegedly engaging in sex acts. In the background, others could be heard laughing at what they were witnessing.
When she showed a close friend at her school, they encouraged her to go to the police.
The friend went to the school welfare counselor to report the act which led to the dean of students confiscating a phone containing the videos.
Police watched the three clips which were between 3 and 11 seconds long.
Authorities described the girl as “barely conscious”, noting how she could be heard saying “stop” while Cicchetti had sex with her.
Another video saw the victim shouting “no, no, no”, according to the arrest report obtained by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Cicchetti had been attending an online school for a year and a half and told police he was intoxicated and had blurred vision, but was sober enough to control his actions.
He denied having sex with anyone on the evening or morning of the party, but after seeing the videos he was featured in, he tearfully admitted his involvement. He claimed the sex was consensual and the girl’s friends coerced him into it.
Cicchetti was first taken to juvenile hall and booked into the Clark County Detention Center.
He has since been released on bail and will make his next court appearance on June 21.
