Eight bedrooms spread across the homestead, detached bridal suite and four private cabins can ‘comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests’, according to the property description.

Guests can reach the beach by walking, taking a golf cart or launching a kayak or boat from the pontoon on the 1km private waterway and heading out to sea.

‘That waterway is actually on the site. The boundary goes to the very edge of the river, so the river is completely part of the estate and stretches for about a mile, ”said Mr. Eason.
