Pam’s wife Margera is considering filing for a restraining order for their child after he was arrested for public intoxication in Burbank on Wednesday.
Nikki Margera, the troubled 43-year-old wife of the Jackass star, is considering filing for legal protection against him following his recent run-in with the law, according to TMZ Friday.
A source told the publication that she hopes to file a legal file so that she and her five-year-old son, Phoenix, will be protected.
She told the site that Wednesday’s incident “was scary for me and even more scary for Phoenix,” adding that it was a shame that “the visit Pam had with Phoenix the day before in Hollywood went reasonably well.”
Nicki claimed her famous husband arrived at the restaurant on Wednesday drunk and belligerent, as she explained: “This is the umpteenth time Pam has taken one step forward and ten steps back.”

Her attorney David Glass told TMZ that they’ve been trying to work Pam into getting regular visits for their baby but since it’s so contingent on him staying sober and treating Nikki with respect, it’s not quite happening.
This follows the previous TV personality – who dealt with substance abuse issues and Violent behavior in recent years – got into an argument with a woman in the restaurant, law enforcement sources said TMZ.
Police were reportedly called around 3:45 p.m. to a Thai restaurant, and Margera was allegedly in a shouting match with the woman that continued to escalate after the officers arrived.
Despite police intervention, Margera allegedly could not control himself, so he was arrested and booked on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.
In a video of the confrontation filmed by comedian Evan Brin, the former professional skateboarder is seen running back into the restaurant and then out again after the police arrive.
At the request of an officer, he sat on the ground in the parking lot, and although his conversation with the officer could not be heard, he waved his arms and made violent gestures.
The arrest may have been preceded by some sort of family drama, as Margera’s estranged wife Nikki Boyd and their five-year-old baby Phoenix were at the restaurant, according to a witness at the scene.
However, the police did not clarify if he was arguing with his ex-wife, or if it was another woman.

The sources added that Margera will have to pay $500 for early bail, unless he chooses to stay behind bars until he sobers up.
Public controversies over the Jackass star escalated earlier this month when he was arrested on domestic violence charges.
The Viva La Bam star was arrested after police responded to a home in Escondido, California, where a woman claims he kicked her, reports The Guardian. TMZ.
The alleged victim is not named, but it is said that she is Margera’s current girlfriend, not his ex-wife.
He was released on $50,000 bail, although the local district attorney said he would not be charged.
After Margera quickly posted bail, Boyd’s attorney claimed he had not supported her for two months, leaving her with “no car, no money” and imminent eviction.

She has asked for legal and physical custody of Pheonix, though she says Margera should still be allowed to have supervised visits with his son in the Los Angeles area.
The Jackass star tried to show his commitment to Phoenix last week by taking the extreme step of having his son’s name painted on his face in Arabic.
“I miss the Phoenix wolf so much that I had to get his name tattooed on my face to remind Nikki that she breaks my heart by not letting me see him,” he claimed on Instagram.
